As a Headhunter I find professionals for companies. I like to really listen to my customers, to really get to know them, to capture their essence and understand their needs. I am an external and internal Talent finder.

As a Talent finder I analyse people and determine why they are different, what it is that makes them valuable professionally. I help them to apply personal branding techniques and make their professional talent shine through.

I am empathetic, a problem solver and a good communicator. I spend my free time with my loved ones, reading and doing a little sport. I also often travel to Madrid (where I have clients and good friends), to my part of the world, Granada, and, when I can, to the rest of the world.

I love learning and have always looked for ways to continue my education: Executive MBA and a Master’s in Corporate Legal Consultancy (LL.M.) from the Instituto de Empresa (Business Institute), a Master’s in Environmental Policy and Management from Universidad Carlos III Madrid and a Law Degree from the Universidad de Granada.
